The Chiffon service level is for the bride and groom who has planned some aspects of the wedding on their own, but would like Jemie Sae Koo to orchestrate all the details and execute their vision with insider’s approach. We will hone in on your personalities, the infusion of your styles, and execute your plans according to your specifications with the utmost care and precision.
The following services are included in this package:
| Unlimited emails, phone calls, and consultation from the day you book your event
| Jemie Sae Koo, Lead Event Director and a J[M|E Associate (included in the package) to conduct event management for the entire day of your event (additional associate will be assessed according to the size and locations of your event)
| Inspiration Board and Design Series compiled after helping you identify wedding colors, theme, and elements
| Rentals recommendations, which include the following: Chairs, Dance Floor, Lighting, Linens, Lounge Furniture, Pipe and Draping, etc.
| Following up and placing all orders on deliverables
| Recommend and provide insight on highly vetted through vendors based on your budget requirement and personal style, such as Bakeries, Bands, Bridal Stores/Salons, Caterers, DJs, Executive Chefs, Hair Stylist and Make up Artists, Officiant, Photographers, Stationers, Suits and Tuxedos, Transportation, Videographers, and Venues
| Access private list of venues (estates, vineyards, and private locations) not for public consumption, which are sites only exclusive for Jemie Sae Koo clients.
| Provide assistance with composing and verifying all stationery such as escort cards, invitations, menus, rehearsal dinner invitations, save-the-dates, seating charts, etc.
| Offer professional assistance for ideas in preparing your thank you speech, ceremony script, and vow
| Negotiate and obtain vendor proposals for additional savings
| Review and analyze all contracts with selected vendor
| Offer ideas with unique favors that is reflective of both your personalities

Set up for Day of the Event:

| Provide photographer with specific recommended background/location to shoot bridal pictures at the venue
